Invitation to Bid

City of Middletown is seeking bids for milling and repaving several roads in the City. City reserves the right to reject all bids and waive minor bid irregularities.

Bidders shall submit information with its sealed bid addressing (a), (b), (c) and (d); and each sealed bid that be submitted no later than 10 a.m. on the 24^th day of July 2025 at the City Hall located at 11803 Main Street, Middletown KY 40243, where the bids will be opened and read. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The City reserves the right to reject all bids and waive minor bid irregularities. The contractors must produce proof of adequate insurance.
